Use of both Himalayan and Clear Quartz Singing Bowls during each ceremony merges ancient and modern modalities of meditation, relaxation, and healing. The frequencies produced by these bowls slow our brain waves, activating the body's natural healing systems.The addition of the Universal Symphonic Gong provides complex overtones and sound frequencies that penetrate the subconscious mind to move and release stagnant energy. The gong has been used in ancient cultures as a way to dispel negative energy & forces, but its effects are still being studied on a scientific level.
